EMP EV Mobility: Driving the future of new energy with innovative technology

Its fully sealed structure and compact design (35% smaller in volume) perfectly adapt to the space limitations of pure electric vehicle cabins. At the same time, it has passed ISO 16750-certified anti-vibration and dustproof performance to ensure stable operation under complex working conditions. The supporting CDU Combo combination unit has pushed the integration of multiple systems to a new level, effectively reducing the length of the wiring harness by 20%, and significantly improving the energy transmission efficiency.


In the field of vehicle control, the vehicle control unit (VCU) innovatively developed by EMP demonstrates excellent system coordination capabilities. The controller interacts deeply with the drive system through the CAN bus and uses an adaptive PID algorithm to reduce the electromagnetic noise of the motor to below 65dB, and the NVH performance reaches the industry-leading level. Its original constant voltage and constant current automatic switching technology enables the motor system efficiency to exceed 96% and cooperates with the intelligent upgrade of the thermal management system to successfully control the temperature rise of core components within 15°C.


In response to the differentiated needs of the market, EMP has built a flexible customization platform. From 48V mild hybrid systems to 800V high-voltage architectures, topology optimization services can be provided, and the development cycle is shortened by 30% compared with industry standards. At present, the product has passed international certifications such as the EU CE and the US FCC, and the cumulative installed capacity has exceeded 500,000 sets. It has established joint laboratories with many global mainstream car companies to jointly promote the industrialization and application of cutting-edge technologies such as SiC power modules and wireless charging.
